Kathy Siu joined Ip & Heathfield as an Associate in 2025. She qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022.

Prior to joining Ip & Heathfield, Kathy practised dispute resolution and family law at other leading local firms. Kathy advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, financial arrangements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, as well as matters concerning children’s arrangements. She is committed to providing practical and clear advice to guide her clients through challenging legal processes. Clients commend her for her dedication and her ability to handle sensitive matters with compassion and professionalism.

Kathy graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing before obtaining her Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
